Quote requests

When you submit our quote form, you ask us to contact you about the concrete work you described. A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide and, where needed, an on-site visit. It is not a contract until both parties agree to a written scope and price. There is no obligation and no charge to request a quote.

SMS messaging program

If you tick the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Brixel Concrete about the request you submitted. Specifically:

• What you receive: a confirmation that we got your request, and follow-up messages to arrange your quote. These are customer-care messages, not marketing blasts.
• Frequency: message frequency varies and depends on your request; typically one to four messages per request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (403) 401-3623 or admin@brixelcorp.com.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase: you do not have to agree to texts to get a quote or hire us. We never sell, rent, or share your phone number, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we collect and use the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
