Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, the neighborhood or postal area of the work, and any project details you choose to share.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics tools that record standard technical data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you interact with the page. We also record the ad-click identifier (such as a Google gclid) and campaign tags when you arrive from one of our ads, so we can measure which ads lead to real requests.

Why we use it

• To respond to your request and contact you about the work, by text, phone, or email.
• To measure and improve our website and the performance of our advertising.
• To keep records of the jobs and quotes we handle.

Text messages

When you submit the quote form, you agree to be contacted by Brixel by text and phone about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for them to provide their service:

• Google (Analytics, Ads, and Google Sheets, where quote requests are stored).
• Microsoft Clarity (website analytics, including aggregate heatmaps and session replay of on-page interactions).
• Twilio (to send and receive the text messages about your request).

These providers process data on servers that may be located outside Canada, including in the United States.

Cookies and analytics

Our analytics tools use cookies and similar storage to recognize your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the site.

How long we keep it

We keep quote-request information for as long as we need it to serve you and to keep reasonable business records. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s standard retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to withdraw your consent. To make any of these requests, email us at admin@brixelcorp.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
